TRICHOcontrol by Agrobio is an invisible and effective biological control tool based on Trichogramma achaeae, a parasitic wasp capable of locating and parasitising the eggs of Tuta absoluta before they hatch. Its preventive action stops pest development at the root, offering completely natural protection for horticultural crops.

Each bottle contains 50,000 individuals ready to release into the crop. The adults actively seek out pest eggs and deposit their own eggs within them, preventing the appearance of harmful larvae. It is an ecological method, residue-free and compatible with integrated pest management (IPM) programmes.

Application is straightforward: simply distribute the individuals at dawn or dusk, when conditions are most favourable for their activity. Additionally, it poses no risk to humans or beneficial fauna, being a safe alternative to conventional insecticides.
