Humidity is a difficult parameter to control in a given space and in indoor cultivation. Its level varies depending on air temperature, existing plant mass, and the air we introduce from outside.

The optimal environmental humidity value in a crop is determined by several factors:

• During growth, you can use a VPD table that measures plant transpiration at each temperature and recommends an optimal range.
• During mid-flowering, it's important to reduce humidity levels below 60% to reduce the risk of fungal development and diseases such as Botrytis.
