Description

Aphidius colemani is a parasitic wasp used for controlling aphid pests in cannabis crops. The wasp lays an egg inside its host which, as it develops, will parasitise around 300 aphids.

APHIcontrol characteristics:

  • Effective behaviour for controlling aphid colonies
  • Compatible and complementary with other predators and parasitoids

APHIcontrol varieties:

  • APHIcontrol 5,000 adults Aphid (Aphidius Colemani)

Instructions for use:

  • Use the product immediately upon arrival (maximum 18 hours later)
  • Keep away from pesticide residue
  • Place the container in a horizontal position and rotate it to homogenise the contents before opening
  • Release at infestation hotspots or distribute loose sachets throughout the crop
  • Recommended dosage: 1-2 individuals/m2
  • Once aphid hotspots are detected, perform curative releases of 0.5-1 individuals/m2
  • Store the container in a horizontal position at a temperature of 8-10 degrees Celsius.
