Yellow Loop Tag 2x21cm (100 pcs)

Labelling isn't always about driving a marker into the substrate: in rock wool, coco or a hydroponic system there's often nowhere to attach it. Loop labels solve this because they wrap around the plant itself. This one measures 2 x 21 cm, is yellow and comes in a pack of 100 units, within the seedling and cutting accessories.

Loop labels in a pack of 100

The long strip lets you wrap everything from the thin stem of a freshly taken cutting to a thick branch in full flower. Closure is achieved by threading the tip through the hole at the end, with no knots or ties, and because it sits loose it won't strangle the stem as the plant grows thicker.

Those 21 cm provide plenty of surface for writing much more than just the variety name: cutting date, plant number or parent plant origin. It's best to use a permanent ink marker, as the material is waterproof and withstands watering and spraying without the writing running.

Which of the three suits you best

If you work in volume and only need to note the variety, the Loop Labels 1.3x12 cm come in a pack of 1,000 and work out cheaper per unit.

If your growing is in pots with substrate and you'd rather mark the medium instead of the plant, the Yellow Pointed Tip Label pushes in and can be reused by cleaning with alcohol. This long loop label is the choice when there's nowhere to push in a stake or when you want several details on the same label.
