NEMATOcontrol-S (Steinernema Feltiae)

NEMATOcontrol-S or Steinernema feltiae are entomopathogenic nematodes that carry a symbiotic bacterium in their gut, which they release into their victims, killing them within 48 hours. It is perfect for controlling sciarid fly infestations, commonly known as fungus gnats, and phorid larvae. It is important that the substrate temperature does not fall below 14–15°C.

NEMATOcontrol characteristics:

• Good performance for whitefly control
• Ideal for preventative control
• Compatible and complementary with other predators and parasitoids

Method of use:

• Use the product upon arrival (maximum 18 hours later)
• Keep away from pesticide residues
• Do not break the cold chain
• If storing, keep horizontal, in the dark and at 2–6°C
• Place the bottle horizontally and rotate to homogenise contents before opening
• Activate by diluting the product in irrigation water and can also be applied by spraying
• Recommended dosage: 500,000 to 1,000,000 individuals/m² once per week
• Preferably apply at the end of the day to avoid UV rays
