Biobizz Coco Mix is a growing medium that is 100% organic and composed of coconut fibre. A very light growing medium with no nutrients and lower moisture retention than other substrates such as Biobizz Light Mix. Ideal for use in hydroponic systems and for more controlled nutrition in manually watered crops.
Characteristics of Coco Mix BioBizz:
Coco Mix Biobizz offers various advantages for the grower such as low water retention and a good proportion of air in its structure thanks to its light fibres. However, it is important to note that pH and EC control become essential.
How to use Biobizz Coco Mix
- You can combine Coco Mix with the Biobizz fertiliser range or with any other nutrient line for coco on the market.
- Coco fertilisation should be done daily.
- Use appropriate pH and EC metres to monitor nutrition at all times.
- Some growers prefer to mix between 20% and 50% of Coco Mix with a substrate such as Biobizz All Mix to improve oxygenation and drainage.
