Description
The Water Master Drainage Pump is placed at the lowest point of the drainage circuit and removes excess water as soon as it accumulates. Its integrated float switch turns it on when the level reaches approximately 45 mm and stops it when empty, so water doesn't stagnate between waterings even if no one is monitoring it. It receives by gravity what drains from the growing trays through its multiple inlets.
Waste or recirculation solution
With a maximum flow rate of 2,840 L/h, the outlet can go directly to a drain in waste systems or return the water to an irrigation reservoir to recirculate it; in that case, measure EC and pH of the return before watering with it again. The check valve on the outlet prevents pumped water from flowing back into the pump when it stops.
Installation and cleaning
By accepting multiple drainage tubes, a single Water Master Drainage Pump can collect water from more than one table; in large rooms, the most practical approach is to place one per table. For maintenance, simply release the tab cover and rinse the removable mesh filter, which traps leaves and substrate debris. A tray drainage filter reduces the dirt that reaches it.
