Trimmer TTT 3000 Tom's Tumbler

The Tom's Tumbler TTT 3000 Trimmer is the flagship model, designed for large-scale dry manicuring. It trims by friction and without blades, preserving trichomes and the natural shape of the flowers, and in a single machine manicures, separates and extracts pollen. It is part of the category of bud trimmers.

Features of the Tom's Tumbler TTT 3000 Trimmer

Its friction cutting treats flowers gently: rather than cutting them, it cleans them by spinning them in the drum, which better preserves trichomes and the natural appearance of the bud, with a finish close to hand manicuring. It features the largest drums in the range (76 cm / 30"), responsible for its greater capacity.

It comes with 3 food-grade nylon meshes for trimming, separating and extracting pollen (standard 151 microns), so you can reserve the pollen for resin extractions and make the most of every gram of resin. The body is powder-coated stainless steel, with a stainless steel funnel and a transparent dust cover of food-grade quality that makes cleaning easy. Its 150 W industrial motor with variable speed allows you to adjust rotation to the type of bud and its moisture content.

Capacity and performance

With dry flower it processes up to 45 kg/h at peak (around 27–32 kg/h in continuous operation), at an approximate rate of 4.5 kg per cycle of around 5 minutes. With wet flower it reaches up to ~136 kg/h. These are large-volume figures designed for commercial operations, where labour savings over manual trimming is the decisive factor.

Which Tom's Tumbler model to choose

The 3000 is the option for large productions, thanks to its 76 cm drums and dry performance. If your volume is lower, the range has more compact alternatives: the TTT 2600 Trimmer, for medium commercial grows, and the TTT 2100 Trimmer, for medium-sized grows. All share the same blade-free friction system; what changes is the capacity.
