Athena Pro Balance

Pro Balance from Athena is a pH stabiliser in solid format and designed to allow the grower to regulate the pH of the nutrient solution in fertigation systems whilst providing additional benefits to plants.

Pro Balance is part of the Pro Line range from the North American manufacturer and is designed for use in combination with Pro Core and the specific base for the growing phase you are in.

Balance delivers benefits at every level, helping to increase your harvest results. When we talk about increasing your results, we don't just mean improving final production (which is also achieved) but a general improvement in plant health that results in higher quality of the final product.

Pro Balance guarantees correct absorption of available nutrients in the growing medium as it regulates pH level and ensures plants can absorb nutrients correctly and are less vulnerable to possible fungal, viral or insect attacks.

Additionally, silicon acts at the cellular level making cell walls thicker and stronger. It also improves resin production and flower hardness.

How to use Pro Balance Athena:

Athena Balance is a silicon supplement that must be added to water first (before adding any other fertiliser or booster). Once added to the water at the recommended dose, mix well and proceed to add the remaining nutrients and boosters.

Always use protective equipment when handling it. Dose as needed to raise the fertiliser solution to target pH. Calibrate your pH metre before measuring for best accuracy.

WARNING! Mixing Pro Balance causes a thermal reaction that heats the solution whilst mixing. Allow time for it to mix completely and cool before using that solution.

The manufacturer's recommended dose is 0.2–0.5 ml per litre. If you only have medium-high hardness water, the recommended Balance dose is 0.5–1 ml per litre of nutrient solution.

It is not recommended for use in electronic nutrient dosing systems.
