VPDome from Athena, forms part of the Athena Culture Line. A growing cabinet to complete the cloning process without the need for greenhouses and providing compact space designed to create suitable conditions for rooting all types of cuttings.

VPDome Athena Features:

Moreover, its operation not only streamlines nursery workflow, but also guarantees a uniform and consistent environment of water vapour pressure (VPD), reducing mortality and accelerating rooting of cloned plants.

Differences between Athena VPDome Models:

• VPDome (cover only): This model includes only the Athena VPDome fabric cover. It is ideal for those who already have shelving and lighting systems but wish to improve the efficiency of their cloning system through superior growing environment control.
• VPDome Athena with shelving: This model includes both the Athena VPDome fabric cover and a propagation shelving unit. The cabinet comes fully equipped to provide a controlled and well-organised environment for clone growing.
• Complete VPDome: This package includes the Athena VPDome cover, the propagation shelving unit and a lighting system comprising 8 iClone LED tubes 2x20W. This configuration provides everything needed for effective cloning, optimising both space and lighting in the cloning process.

Athena VPDome Usage Instructions:

1. Install the lower cover on a standard wire grid.
2. Place the dome cap on top of the grid.
3. Close the door using the integrated magnetic locks to secure the cover and create a controlled environment.

*When using it and to ensure an appropriate relative humidity level, the cabinet must be filled with trays of cuttings. Otherwise, it is usually necessary to use a growing humidifier.
