Description
BAC pH Down is a pH regulator that contains phosphoric acid and allows you to reduce the pH level in your nutrient solution to prevent lockout and maximise nutrient absorption.
It should be handled with care as BAC pH Down could cause serious burns if it comes into contact with skin.
For a stable pH solution, it is advisable to mix water and fertilisers and allow the solution to settle for a few minutes before adjusting the pH level with BAC pH Down.
In organic systems and whenever you use microorganisms, it is advisable to adjust the pH of the solution before applying any product to ensure that the natural balance of these tiny living organisms in solution and/or substrate is not altered.
