Description
The mother is the Mendo Breath Auto IBL (GMO Auto x Mendo Auto) from Atlas Seed, an inbred line that the bank does not commercialise and which they contributed for this collaboration. It is the same one that appears in the Mendo Frost Auto, so if you have seen that one, here it repeats the same starting material with another partner.
That partner is the Guava Auto RF3. The division of roles is clear: Mendo Breath brings structural efficiency and terpene depth; Guava adds tropical notes and the modern stability of a proven auto.
Resin from the first week of flowering
From the first observations there is one detail that is measurable and not promotional: trichome coverage starts from the beginning of flowering, not in the last three weeks as is usual. That, combined with a compact to medium skeleton of 70–120 cm, points to a plant that works early.
The figures the bank handles are 450–600 g/m² indoors and 60 to 220 grams per plant outdoors, with 26 to 30% THC. It is labelled as XL on their production scale, one step below the other two daughters of Guava RF3.
Guava with a spicy edge
The declared profile adds five descriptors: fresh, fruit, guava, spicy and sweet. That spice is the fingerprint of the GMO that comes through the Mendo Breath line, and it is what prevents it from being just another sweet tropical.
