The Master Trimmers MT Input Belt for Tumbler Peeler has been specifically designed to optimise and automate a processing line with the ability to increase production by up to 30%. Thanks to the belt speed regulator of the input belt and the ability to adjust the height of the rails, a constant flow of material is maintained and adapted to the peeling needs of the flower.

These belts comply with food-use certifications and GMP requirements, guaranteeing their suitability for plant processing environments and compliance with quality and safety standards.

With the joint installation of two MT Tumbler 500 peelers plus the corresponding input and output belts and the incline rail, a complete production line is formed that can process up to 55 kg/h, equivalent to the physical work of 32 people.
