The Platinum Horticulture 250-660W Electronic Ballast is a dimmable digital ballast that adapts to virtually any HID lighting setup. It allows you to select power between 250, 400, 600 and 660 W, so it covers both the growth and flowering phases with a single unit.

It is compatible with HPS (sodium) and MH (metal halide) lamps and features regulation at four levels (50%, 75%, 100% and 110% Superlumen), with smooth power transitions. Its digital soft-start technology starts progressively (around 1 minute) with low startup consumption, which extends lamp life. Being electronic, it delivers 20-30% more lumens than a magnetic ballast, is silent and very lightweight (the 600 W model weighs less than 4 kg).
