By incorporating the Dimlux sensor into your growing space, you ensure accurate humidity measurement, a key element for your plants to develop correctly.
The Dimlux humidity sensor device is designed to indicate the humidity percentages in your growing area and simultaneously automate perfect regulation, achieving optimal values.
The Dimlux humidity sensor is ideal for the Maxi Controller, and it is a cable that when installed measures and regulates the relative humidity levels in your growing space.
Specifications of the Dimlux humidity sensor for Maxi Controller.
- Allows you to measure and monitor the relative humidity percentages in your growing space, providing total control of the necessary and existing humidity.
- Helps determine vapour pressure deficit.
- Enables control of humidification devices for their correct operation.
- Prevents humidity control problems in cannabis crops.
- Facilitates obtaining an abundant harvest and successful cultivation.
Importance of humidity control
You should know that controlling relative humidity in cannabis cultivation is essential to achieve maximum yield from your crop.
Relative humidity is the amount of water vapour present in the air, and if this amount exceeds certain limits, condensation occurs, expressed as dewdrop water droplets. In indoor cultivation, sudden temperature variations can cause sudden changes in relative humidity, which can harm your plants.
When humidity is high, plants absorb water from that humidity through their leaves, absorbing less water through the root system and not obtaining the nutrients present in the substrate, generating deficiencies that can lead to poor plant development.
