Description

Taco Big Block of rock wool in large dimensions for use in hydroponic crops as exclusive support for each plant. Ideal for use in hydroponic trays with drainage for the complete development of the vegetative and flowering stage.

Characteristics of Cultiwool Rock Wool Taco Big Block:

Its planting hole, 38mm wide by 40mm deep, makes it especially suitable for transplanting cuttings to a container and final growing medium.

Rock wool is currently the most widely used growing medium in hydroponic cultivation, together with coconut fibre. Its characteristics include a total porous space, easy availability and water holding capacity, optimal aeration, cation exchange capacity and pathogen-free, guaranteeing a clean and safe system.

Before using any rock wool support, it is essential to water it the day before with nutrient solution adjusted to a pH of 5.2 or 5.3 to stabilise it to approximately pH 6.
