Description
The mother of Air Lemon is the Super Lemon Haze, the citrus strain with which Green House has accumulated the most awards in its history. From her comes the intense lemon and that hint of Haze you notice in the background.
The father is the RS11 (Rainbow Sherbert), bred by DeoFarm and selected by Doja and Wizard Trees. It’s a very exclusive cut in the United States, famous above all for the fruity flavour. In Air Lemon it brings the extreme sweetness and acidity that appear at the end of flowering.
A Christmas tree up to 2.20 metres tall
Air Lemon grows in a Christmas tree shape with medium internodes. It’s 65% Indica, declares 28% THC and indoors completes flowering in 8 or 9 weeks with a yield the bank rates as high, without giving figures.
Outdoors it’s another plant: it reaches 150–220 cm average height, gets up to 1,700 grams per plant and is harvested in early October. With that size and that load, Green House warns that stems may need support in the final stretch, especially if you let it grow a lot.
Quick to trim, and one to look at
The Air Lemon flower comes out rounded, with slightly pointed tips, very compact and with fine calyxes and pistils. That has a clear practical advantage: it trims very easily, so the work with harvesting and pruning scissors is cut down quite a bit.
At the end of flowering the plant tends to take on red and bluish tones, and releases a fruity and acidic aroma every time it’s touched. The flavour mixes strong citrus with a touch of Haze and the sweet acidity of the RS11, in a dense smoke that leaves your mouth watering.
