The Neptune Hydroponics water heater is a tool that allows you to optimise irrigation water tanks with the appropriate temperature for watering plants. This device allows us to maintain a constant temperature in the nutrient tank, which is crucial for optimal plant development.

The 300 W heater is suitable for tanks of 300-450 litres.

Neptune heaters are safe, include automatic thermostat that regulates the temperature to your liking and are made of top quality materials. Essential in crops using irrigation tanks in cold areas, remember, when we water with cold water, we cause great stress to the plant, slowing its metabolism. The ideal temperature in a tank should be between 18 and 24°C.

A lower temperature would cause stress and slow growth, and a temperature higher than recommended would cause oxygen deficiency problems in the nutrient solution and, in extreme cases, pathogen infection.

The aquarium heater is submersible and can easily work with a timer. It includes a suction cup for easy placement at the bottom of the water and to prevent swaying in large tanks. Disconnect the heater 15 minutes before changing the nutrient solution for greater equipment longevity.
