Sonoconnect Flexible Insulated Duct Air Connections

Sonoconnect by Air Connections is a range of thermally and acoustically insulated flexible ducting specifically designed for the boiler, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) market.

The vapour barrier prevents condensation formed by the temperature difference between the conveyed air and ambient air. The Sonoconnect range has been developed to reduce noise generated in components connected to the ventilation duct, with a high level of sound absorption.

Sonoconnect by Air Connections is manufactured from multiple layers, using a microperforated Aluconnect layer, fibreglass covered by a film to prevent it from entering the duct, and a vapour barrier called Jacketconnect.

Some of the advantages of using Sonoconnect:

• Can be easily cut and connected on both sides.
• 10-metre boxes of duct compressed into 1 or 2 metres.
• Low transport and logistics costs.
• Easy to install for oval or circular couplings.
• No special tools required for cutting or fitting.
