Description
Seasum Max is a biostimulant based on Ascophyllum nodosum seaweed produced through a patented alkaline hydrolysis process from seaweed selected and hand-harvested on the west coast of Ireland.
It is recommended for both foliar application and fertigation, and is especially indicated for situations of abiotic stress (e.g. low temperatures, heat waves, salinity, wind, etc) and during critical moments of the crop (e.g. flowering, fruit set, fattening, etc).
It is an organic and sustainable product that provides essential nutrients for plants and improves soil structure. It is designed to improve harvest quality and quantity, while protecting the environment.
Features and composition:
It has a very high concentration (260 g/l) of carbohydrates and organic bioactives only present in seaweeds such as alginic acid, mannitol, uronic acids, fucoidan, etc., which alert and activate crop response to various conditions: drought, high temperatures, cold, salinity, ultraviolet radiation, wind, etc.
Its liquid formulation provides great convenience and ease of handling.
Instructions for use:
Seasum Max can be used on a wide range of crops, including vegetables, fruits, cereals, legumes, fruit trees and ornamental plants. In general it is recommended by foliar application at a dose of 0.5 to 2 L per hectare and by fertigation at a dose of 1 to 3 L per hectare.
It is compatible with most phytosanitary products and fertilisers, except those with a pH below 4. However, it is recommended to carry out a mixture before treatment or consult authorised technical personnel.
