Purize Xtra Slim Long Filters

Thirteen millimetres explain this filter. Based on Purize's Xtra Slim format, the Long version maintains the 6 mm diameter and extends the body to 40 mm. The diameter is what determines whether a filter fits your rolling style; the length is what happens to the smoke inside it.

What the 40 mm Changes

A longer body means a longer journey: the smoke travels through more centimetres of charcoal before reaching your mouth and loses temperature along the way. The result is a cooler, drier draw, which is precisely why this version exists.

It also means more activated charcoal per filter, so tar and particle retention stays stable for longer use. If you prefer the classic short format, the Purize Xtra Slim Filters are the same 6 mm in 27 mm long.

Coconut Charcoal and Ceramic Tips

Purize works with activated charcoal from coconut shell instead of mineral charcoal. Being more porous, it retains tar and smoke particles with greater precision and lets flavour through without adding aftertaste. Its treatment process also leaves it practically dust-free, something you'll notice because it won't irritate your throat on the draw.

Each filter has ceramic stages at both ends, so there's no need to worry about orientation when fitting it: it goes in either way and withstands heat without deforming. It works just like the rest of the activated charcoal filters in the catalogue, and differs in the draw path.

50-Unit Bag and German Manufacturing

They come in a 50-unit PET bag, a container that protects them from moisture and dust as you use them. They're manufactured in Germany and Purize themselves control production, which explains why filter density and performance are consistent from one bag to the next.
