Pink Guava F1 Fast Version develops specimens with a compact and well-branched structure, with an indoor flowering of 7 weeks from the start of the flowering phase. It is a balanced 50/50 genetic that usually forms voluminous and dense flowers with very pronounced trichome coverage.

Indoors, it can achieve yields of 400–550 g/m² with good growing conditions, whilst outdoors it can reach around 350–600 g per plant if it receives sufficient light and a well-prepared substrate. In the final weeks, it is common for some specimens to display pinkish or reddish tones on the buds.
