MX ICE 200 Lite

MX ICE 200 Lite by Master Products is a compact and professional machine designed for resin extraction using only cold water and ice. This mechanical cold extraction system, also known as Ice-O-Lator, is ideal for obtaining high-quality hash naturally, cleanly and safely.

How does MX ICE 200 Lite work?

It is based on controlled agitation of plant material in ice water, which allows separating the trichomes without damaging their structure. Once separated, these resin glands are filtered through nylon mesh that allows the resin to be classified by size and purity, obtaining a potent, aromatic concentrate free from impurities.

The mechanical control panel allows you to adjust the agitation speed and water flow direction, as well as programme the operation time via an integrated timer. It also includes a thermometer to monitor water temperature in real time.

MX ICE 200 Lite Features

The equipment consists of two independent stainless steel tanks: one for mixing and one for collection. Both are covered with neoprene sleeves that provide thermal insulation, maintaining a constant temperature throughout the process. The mixing tank rests on a robust metal frame, whilst the collection tank features swivel wheels that facilitate transport and handling.

One of its greatest assets is the trichome preservation chamber (Safety Chamber), designed to protect the resin during agitation and prevent loss, ensuring more efficient extraction and a higher quality final product.

The system includes 5 mesh bags (25, 73, 120, 160 and 220 µm), allowing precise separation of trichomes according to their size, obtaining different qualities of bubble hash in a single process.

Moreover, the MX ICE 200 Lite is designed for easy cleaning and maintenance, with a modular system and tool-free removable parts . This allows you to disassemble, clean and reassemble the machine quickly and easily after each use.
