Description
Jiffy 41mm Peat is the largest in a range of compressed peat plugs, a solution widely used among growers of all levels for its high success rate, discreet format and ease of transport.
It is very simple to use. Just hydrate them well, drain the excess moisture and insert the cutting or seed inside. Then keep hydrated inside a propagator or small greenhouse with light or in an illuminated area with a high percentage of relative humidity in the environment.
Jiffy 41mm Peat comes in the form of a compressed pellet or plug that expands up to seven times its size once it has absorbed the water it needs. The mesh that wraps each one allows optimal root development for subsequent handling, transport and transplanting.
Its manufacture from Sphagnum Peat is carried out with the least possible environmental impact and under strict legal controls. It also contains 25% coconut fibre.
