Coco Perlite by Covercrop is a substrate for indoor and outdoor cannabis cultivation, composed of a balanced mix of coconut fibre and perlite, used to improve water retention, aeration and drainage. Coco Perlite ensures the root system develops quickly and healthily, which translates into stronger plants that grow more and produce better flowers.

Features:

It is a substrate composed of 70% high-quality coconut fibre combined with 30% perlite, which are expanded clay balls that have the ability to retain moisture.

It is a substrate with a high cation exchange capacity between molecules. This characteristic allows cations with a positive charge such as Na+ and K+ to be released and made available to plants

It contains an NPK nutrient contribution so that plants begin their growth cycle without showing signs of deficiencies, resulting in savings on fertilisers, as it is not necessary to fertilise from the start.

This substrate can be used directly or combined with soil to gain aeration, but many people also use it as a drainage layer, placing a 2 or 3 cm layer at the bottom of the pot to improve the drainage of excess water.

How to Use:

Covercrop's Coco Perlite substrate is easy to use and can be used in a wide variety of plants and crops. For use, it is necessary to slightly dampen the substrate before planting the seeds or transplanting the plants.
