Description

Vithal Seaweed Bokashi Humus Rhizosphere is a 100% vegetable and natural compost designed to improve vegetative plant growth, stimulate flower and fruit formation, and regenerate exhausted soil.

Characteristics of Vithal Garden Seaweed Bokashi:

Vithal Garden Seaweed Bokashi is an organic fertiliser in solid form produced through fermentation, as opposed to traditional composting. This process is rapid and sustainable, generating minimal carbon footprint. The word "Bokashi" comes from Japanese and means "fermented organic matter".

Vithal Garden uses anaerobic processes and high temperatures to accelerate Bokashi production and eliminate pathogens such as viruses, fungi and harmful bacteria. It is composed of seaweed and other ingredients, such as manure, molasses and rice husks.

Benefits of Bokashi on plants

Vithal Garden Seaweed Bokashi offers a number of notable benefits for plant growth. This organic and sustainable fertiliser stimulates vigorous vegetative development, attracting beneficial microorganisms such as worms and symbiotic fungi, which create a slow-release fertiliser source. In addition, it improves the water absorption capacity of roots, strengthens plants' natural resistance to diseases and pests, and promotes more robust and healthy growth. It also intensifies plant colours, encourages strong root formation and significantly increases fruit, flower and seed production.

This product contributes to improving substrate structure, aerating and increasing water retention. It helps to control pathogens naturally and stimulates growth by activating phytohormones and natural plant growth regulators. Results are visible in a short time, thanks to its wide range of essential macro and micronutrients. It also facilitates plant recovery in stressful situations, such as transplanting, and is free from diseases and weeds, being safe for planting. It limits the absorption of heavy metals from herbicides and insecticides, and unlike other fermented organic fertilisers, it does not emit unpleasant odours.

How to use Vithal Garden Seaweed Bokashi:

Application is straightforward. It is mixed with other substrates, such as peat soil, in a ratio of 70% soil and 30% Bokashi for planting. If applied to an established crop, it is buried in furrows in the soil. The recommended dose is approximately 30 grams per pot every 2-3 months, depending on plant needs. Direct sunlight or intense light should be avoided to maintain its effectiveness.
